Terms & Conditions: (Specifications subject to change without prior notice)

1) From 20th Dec until 3rd Jan, there is a High Season Supplement (Surcharge)
    of 5,000 Thai Baht.
2) Bookings over Christmas or New Year generally must be not less than 21
    nights.
3) A 50% deposit is required for all rentals, balance payable on or before arrival.
4) Transportation is charged in full (excluding Road Tolls and Parking Fees, if
    applicable).
5) Cancellation Charge 35% of full balance.
6) Cancellation within 72 Hours of due arrival or "No-Show", no refund.

7) Each rental we ask a security deposit of 5,000 to 10,000 baht according to
    length of stay.
8) At departure the security deposit will be refunded less electricity / water
    charge and 400 Baht room / linen cleaning charge.
9) Breakages / damage and missing items will be deducted from security deposit.

Each studio is provided with:
Air conditioning + electric fan
Electronic safe
TV / DVD / CD player + surround speakers
Kitchenette with single hotplate / microwave / toaster / fridge / kettle
Crockery and cutlery
Bath Towels 
(please do not remove from apartments)
Bedding including sheets, pillows and pillowcases
Duvet plus bed cover

It is the responsibility of the tenant to keep bedding and towels clean.
A very good laundry service is available on site or a collection can be provided.


Not included in the price:
Electricity and water (payable at end of stay)
Cleaning room (150 Thai baht per clean - Note a minimum of one clean per week is compulsory)
Breakfast
Linen cleaning

Please respect other guests and keep noise level to a minimum

Tenants are responsible for the care and safekeeping of their personal effects and they are expected to make adequate insurance arrangements on their own account.

Blue Skies Apartments Co Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to any personal belongings for the duration of the tenant's rental period of this Shining Star apartment.
For any request of booking please send e-mail with required dates of booking, in return you will receive confirmation of the availability for the rooms.
